Hello,
Im struggling with quite weird problem.
While importing product information everything works fine except sku field.
I tried also to update only sku fields with same result.
For example my product ID is 10 and its sku is SKU_10101010
Import generates this sku to SKU_100000543 and so on...
Do you have any idea about this issue?
Is it because of my sku has this "SKU_" prefix?
Some of my products have to have this kind of format: SKU_productnumber

Actually, If you assign id and sku during import, Store Manager tried uses ids as main identifier (this functionality was added, since customers wanted to be able to update skus by id). In you case, if product with id 10 has different sku, than you want to update, please un-assign id and use sku as identifier to import the file correctly

If you want to update sku, you have to use id as identifier, but if product with id 10 at your store has other sku, than should be updated, you have to correct ids at your file. We'd recommend you to export products to the file (id and sku), manage skus at this file and re-import it to update correct products
