Add a Tab or custom attribute for add and send a PDF file like documentation for a product

like .. you go on the product you have a custom attribute example name like 'Documentation" and you browse on your computer select the pdf file and Storemanager make the rest of the process :
- send the pdf file on the ftp
- add it on the product page with a simple link clicable (Documentation (Clickable) and you could open the PDF

Each product that we sell has a datasheet. (I am sure we are not the only company that sell products based on the product datasheets). Our datasheets (and most others) are in PDF format. It would be nice to be able treat those datasheets like images.
I thought section 3 will be most logical, but at the end it is up to you how and where to implement this feature.
