Ik have imported new products from an OpenOffice .odt file. 1 colom in this file was the value , the import was successful but when I tested the payment module, no SKU value was sent to the payment module. After a lot of testing I discoverd that althought the products seem to have a sku value in the admin, the kolom is the MYSQL database is empty. There is no value stored there.

and provide us with the following details, so we could check what caused teh issue for you:
- your store connection configuration (you can save it at Preferences[F12] / Actions / Save current configuration),
- import configuration (you can save it at the last step of import wizard),
- .csv file
