Shipping Integration is an addon for Store Manager for PrestaShop which allows you to handle USPS shipping by printing postal shipping labels directly from your Store Manager.
You can find general information on the addon and its trial version here - http://www.prestashopmanager.com/prestashop-icecat-integration
Documentation with step-by-step manuals which explain how to perform main operations is available at: http://shipping-integration-documentation.emagicone.com/
If you have any specific questions on the product, post them here and we will gladly answer them.

Is this a forum or a support ticket center? I have several question about the Shipping Integration plugin:

1. Can I use the scale that comes with/connected to Stamps.com? We prefer to measuret the weight to ship the package rather than assume the weight based on the product and the shipping container.

2. How can I specify the shipping label we use with Stamps.com? We use Stamps.com SDC-1200 - Standard 4x6 label

Thanks.

If this is a forum, where do I post a new topic? This is really confusing.

This entire setup is so illogical. Is it a forum or not? In a "normal" forum, you have a collection of topics with a series of one or more replies. But there is no way to "post" a topic that would elicit a reply.

Truly you have the most confounding and confusing system here with zero explanations.

Hello Brian.

This is a public forum which is a little bit less prioritized than a support ticket, where we guarantee 24 hours reply on business days.

1. Can I use the scale that comes with/connected to Stamps.com? We prefer to measuret the weight to ship the package rather than assume the weight based on the product and the shipping container.
A: Unfortunately Shipping Integration addon is not compatible with the scales provided by Stamps, however you will be able to set a package weight manually.

2. How can I specify the shipping label we use with Stamps.com? We use Stamps.com SDC-1200 - Standard 4x6 label.
A: Currently it is not possible to select printing format, however you're welcome to submit it as a feature request and we will consider it in future:

Thanks for posting a reply.

I still don't have an answer to my fundamental question: where can I post a topic on this forum? I don't see a button or badge that says post new topic. All I can do is post comments or replies to existing topics.

As to the answers you provided - thank you for addressing them. Unfortunately, that means that we won't be able to use the Shipping Integration plugin at all. Without being able to use the specific labels that we have, SDC-1200, and the ability to select the first or the second label (there are two on a page), we cannot use it. We had hoped to use the Shipping Integration to save us several steps in the shipping process.

Here is what we do now:

A. Order appears in the back office.
B. We open the invoice.
C. We open Stamps.com
D1. We copy and paste the shipping address from the invoice to the sender field of Stamps.com
D2. We copy and paste the the email address from the invoice to the email field to notify the sender of Stamps.com
D3. We copy and paste the phone number from the invoice to the phone filed (for international shipments) of Stamps.com
E. We select the type of shipping envelope/service ... e.g. flat weight priority mail or first class mail, package or large envelope.
F. We place the package on the Stamps.com scale and click on weigh.
G. Stamps.com calculates the postage.
G1. For international shipments, we then have to fill out the customs form, manually adding the type of contents, the number of contents, and the total weight of the package, and finally we check that we are being honest and forthright as required by the US Postal Service.
H1. We place one of our SDC-1200 labels in our printer and click on the first or second cell since the first label may have already been used, in which case we put the same sheet in and select the unused label (second cell).
H2. For international shipments, we have to use a fresh SDC-1200 label sheet because Stamps.com will only print an international label on the first cell.
I. We hit print and the postage is deducted and the label is printed and affixed to the package.
J. Then we manually type in the priority mail tracking number into the PrestaShop field or we type in that field that the package was mailed by US Postal Service First Class Mail (for international shipments

We had hope that your Shipping Integration plugin would save us a lot of this time - by adding the shipping address, the email address, the phone number, and we did discover that it records the tracking number.

We could live without the scale and add the weight manually, as you say, but we still have a huge supply of SDC-1200 labels and we don't want to buy a new, special printing device just to support your Shipping Integration ...

So you see ... I guess we will, in American slang, use your Shipping Integration as a paper weight. :(

A: In order to create a topic, you have to input your request first into the search line in order to check if the similar one exists already and then hit at "Ask a new question"

Concerning SDC-1200 labels. As we stated before, Shipping Integration addon does not allow to select this kind of label for printing.

However you can change the page settings of the label layout. Find "LabelTemplate.fr3" file at: C:\Users\%windows username%\AppData\Local\eMagicOne Store Manager for PrestaShop\StampsCache and find "Page Settings":

Then try to find the most appropriate page size:
