I bought the ICEcat addon less than a month ago, I am still in the 30 day money back guarantee period, and it is not working for me. ICEcat does not have Cisco Product info. for our business. Can I exchange that to get the eBay Integration?

We should mention that Open IceCat has limited list of products and products details, so if you can find any product at on-line IceCat Catalog - it may not be found in Open iceCat - you need to have Full iceCat.
