Abandonded cart delete (per customer)

We have a request for a button to delete an abandonded cart completely (per customer).

Reason :
Now all customers can put products in their cart and if they do not order then the products remain in the cart.
We use an addon for an email-reminder of the abandonded cart where the customer receives up to 4 reminders during 60 days, but in most cases we receive an email from the customers like : oops, sorry we do not need those products now. You can delete them from the cart. We then need to log in the magento administration and delete all products (one by one) in the customer's cart-content.
This is very time consuming; especially for B2B customers which can hold 20 to 60 different products (20 to 60 times click on delete button, wait and delete the next product from the cart).
