Right now I've got all I need there except these options.
I understand that the top menu button can't be added but the submenu's should be possible.
ps: the option to re-arange / sort the favorites would be nice too :-)

You are right. Right now this option was not enabled in the Ribbon Menu.
By the way, you can use Import button on the Product Grid Sub-menu.
