1. please include option to rename image names (on server and in database at same time) name with some mask like product- name-category-sku.png

What would i like to achive ?

To automaticly rename existing pictures on sever from 433434.jpg and PIC-002.png to some SEO logical name like product- name-category-sku.oldextension

2. option to batch add geo coordinates into EXIF header would be great bonus

yes ! But as name pattern would be good if we can use something like product-name-category-manufacturer-sku.* (with character lenght and filename convention check)

and second problem with bach rename: Magento has files in subfolders like a/b/cname.jpg. And i didnt find a way to batch rename while all images stay in original folders.

If i copy them out hom on earh can i then put them back + somehow i shuld also replace old file name in magento database with new filename - so these are reason why we cant use any external batch rename tool - toll must be built into ;agent editor .

Hm. in this case there is reasonable to implement separate section for baulk section - like a SEO multi-editor

Well. in this case we need to regenerate folder paths for new image files

for example - if you have image name - fenix3.jpg - so the following folders will be created - /f /f - list of images with 2 firt letters of words
When image name will be changes to another - we need to create new folders
for example:
garmin.jpg -->/g --> /a - list of images
