But the images are physically located on the same server.
As long as we do read (crawl) of all we can not know their status ( is present, is not present).
That is why working with FTP is the most laborious and time-consuming.
For my part I will try to discuss your comment with our development team and try to discuss the possibility of accelerating the image checking process.
