Store Manager allows to export products same as you can see them at Main Grid if you click to export to Excel File: http://screencast.com/t/EFrWnKwCc2
but in this case, there is noway to include Categories Path
In order to be able to export products with Categories Path, please use Import/Export Wizard:

Please note, that in this case, headers would be named at your file depending on names of the Attributes at your database.
