POS Improvement - Copy / Move "Cash and Change" button to printout screen.

At POS systems, cash drawers are usually connected to printers and they are opened automatically when receipts are printed. Therefore it would be safer and more convenient for cashiers to have the "Cash and Change (F9)" calculator where it can be accessed when the drawer is open - that is, the POS second screen - so that they don't need to memorise amounts.
