Right now we are working on Store Manager for Magento Enterprise Edition.
Unfortunately we'll not be able to implement this feature in this current Release.
I guess the implementation of this feature will be available in 2015.

In our Global plans - Import of Orders for SM for Magento Enterprise Edition.
It is reasonable to add this option after this option.
The Implementation of these changes will take a long time.
I'm not ready to announce the date implementation today.
We will consider this question in mid-spring.
