It's not good idea to organize newsletter via software.
It's better to use special newsletter service in this case.
For example MailChimp etc.
BUT,
you can use email notifications service for users (invoice status change, delivery status change, etc.)
in this case you can use email templates inside of program.
I'll contact with our development team and discuss the ability of implementation.
