There should be an option to copy over the Product name (with or without updating it in item list) from QB to Prestashop when making orders. Today we had custom who ordered an item which had a different name Quickbooks. The person packing informed us that it was out of stock and that is when we found out the name was different online.
Also Product options which customer selects are not being copied over to QB as they are shown in the Prestashop order. We have single items with multiple options which the customer chooses but are not in QB so we need to know those.
Thanks

Hi, It has been 6 months and we are still waiting for this feature which should very easy for you to implement. Just the other day we were about to ship a wrong item as something came different in QB than what customer ordered in Prestashop. Only the price was correct from which we caught the mistake. Hopefully you can expedite it.
It would also be very helpful if the selected attributes are copied along with the product name. Thanks.
