For a while you can use epxressions in export of products.
For example - concat("http://www.mystore1.com/", {field category}, "/", [product-id field-ID], "-",[Friendly URL field], ".html")

The main problem here - that category field is used not for full url path. It's not compatible with full url path.
According to implementation of this feature. We can consider this implementation with more 7- 10 votes.

Expressions is available in the import.
In next release of Store Manager, those Expressions will be available in Export Orders section.

Export products with expressions will be available after 2014.
By thy way, this feature have been implemented in another software, for example - Store Manager for PrestaShop.
