Import Orders - And Associate with Customer Accounts (Store Manager Pro 3.3.1 1815)

I am trying to import orders into magento 2.0.9 and hitting problems.

The orders import no problem, but I can't see where to associate them with customers that are already in the DB.

Read the docs and my import screen does not show the option below

I have been working on this for 2 days and it's starting to drive me nuts :)

Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you for your question

Option that allows to create/associate Customers with Orders automatically is available in Enterprise Edition only. Please check the note below the screen-capture:
With Enterprise edition you have the chance to import orders along with customers info and create clients’ accounts on-the-fly.
With PRO edition you can import customers records belonging to order, but actual clients accounts will not be created.
Standard edition does not include orders import functionality.

After importing orders they aren't being associated/attached to the customer account and I have the latest Pro version of Store manager.

I am trying a new tactic..... Rolling back the magento version to 2.0.4

Will update this thread to let you know if it worked or not.

This functionality is available in Enterprise Edition only, so there is no way to assign Customers to orders during import with Professional Edition
