Here in my country you have to attach the invoice, the company conditions and the info about how a customer can return products each in seperated pdf files by law.
Of course i can attach the last 2 to an E-Mail Template because those are always the same. Attaching the invoice is a lot more difficult, because you would have to create the invoice, save it as pdf and then attach it to the E-Mail for every order by hand.
As there are already functions for creating invoices, creating e-mails with attachments and sending those, i think this could be done with not too much work. A simple "Attach Invoice" Checkbox that when checked uses the already built in functions in the E-Mail-Template-Section would do just fine. That way you could make Templates with invoice attached and some without (because i dont want/need to send them all the time)
Thanks :)

Hello Manuel!
Thanks for comment.
Are you talking about this option? See attached screenshot
As a quick decision: how about to modify invoice ?
In this case you'll be able to create 3 pages invoice
1 page - original invoice
2nd page - the company conditions
3d page - customer return policy
in this case you don't need to attach more PDF file.
What do you think ?
Yes, but the problem is that i have to attach every invoice by hand to the Template. What i would like to have is a option (like a checkbox) and this does something like:
"I select 50 orders, choose "change status", select some specific status (in my case "shipped"), choose the E-Mail-Template (that has the attachments) and the Store Manager then sends out the 50 status update E-Mails each with the invoice (for that order), the conditions and the return policy attached.
It would be a lot of work to attach all documents to all 50 orders by hand, or am i missing something?
Already spoke to support on chat, but they told me that the Store Manager is not able to do that and i should post a suggestion here.

Do you have special Regulation for attached files? Do you need separate only PDF file with invoice ?
If not - you'll be able to modify invoice and add 2 pages to it... so in this case you don't need to attach extra documents.
Have I missed something ? please explain in details :-)

Yes we have special regulation. All 3 files have to be seperated pdf files, combining them is not allowed.
I'll try to explain in more detail:
1. You have to send the customer an order confirmation.
This is done by ZenCart, so no Problem here.
2. You have to send the customer a second E-Mail (in my case i use the "order shipped" info Mail for this). This E-Mail MUST have the invoice of that order, the company conditions an the return policy attached to them. All 3 files must be pdf files and they have to be seperated files, so you cant combine them.
The problem with the second point is that Store Manager has to my knowledge no built in function to send out the invoice to the customer (attached to an E-Mail). Sure i can create a Template, attach the company conditions and return policy to it, and use that template to send out the E-Mail to the customer. But this way the invoice is missing. I would have to attach it to the Template too, but this only works for one order. It's just not possible to bulk process 50, 75 or whatever number of orders. You cant set the order status of multiple orders to "order shipped" and use the E-Mail Template to send out the E-Mails to the customers. The Invoices would be missing, they would all get the same (if i just attach an invoice to the template), or i would have to do this "attach invoice, change status (and send E-Mail) for every order one by one manually. This is just not possible.
I hope you can understand what my problem is :)

Zen Cart can do this (with a little tweeking) based on the order status.
If i switch the order status to "shipped" in ZenCart the system automatically sends out an E-Mail with all 3 files attached to it, to the customer.
But when i change the status of an order with Store Manager, ZenCart does not send out any E-Mail for whatever reason. So i would like to have this feature directly in Store Manager.
I want to select 4 orders in Store Manager, right click -> update status, select status "order shipped", select the correct E-Mail Template and Store Manager then sends out 4 E-Mails to the 4 customers of thos orders, all of them having the invoice for that order, the company conditions and the return policy attached to them as pdf
