Amazon Integration Feature Request

It would be nice to have also the possibility to sell products at Amazon Canada using Store Manager's Amazon addon. Please vote for this feature if you would like to see it in future releases of Amazon addon. Should be a quick add, just the amazon.ca endpoint added.
