I'm evaluating Store Manager for Opencart and was trying to export products to CSV so we can manipulate in Excel. However I found that after export, the CSV does not format correctly where data gets all jumbled up.
I also like to find out of the export will support also attributes as I did not find the attributes fields available for export or import.

Please, try to open exported file with any other tool to edit documents, e.g. OpenDocument.
Please, also provide us with your .csv file, so we could check it.

I'm able to open and see the text properly using OpenOffice, but not with MS Excel import.
For the second question on attributes, can they be exported from Store Manager, and imported? I'm looking at using it for importing products from other vendors thru FTP also.

There is no possibility to export/import attributes yet. Check what is your Windows delimiter to use the same when you are exporting from Store Manager. In this case you will be able to open file in Excel.
