Tried to open the software for the first time after a long time, but the program doesn't start. It was updated somewhere around the and of the last year. Is there a way I can fix this (e.g. delete a file), without the need to uninstall/reinstall?

Please try to run Store Manager as Administrator. If the issue remains, please try to install newest version over existed one. You can download newest version under your license account at:
In case the issue still persists, you have to un-install application and install it once again

Hello Ira and also thank you for your reply. After much trouble, I finally found the culprit. It wasn't your software's fault, it was the AVG antivirus who blocked it for an unknown reason. Lost all the settings after the complete uninstall, but this is a minor trouble.
