StoreManager Offers the possibility to Change Order Status and sent e-mail using e-mail Templates.
We like to have the same possibility as in VirtueMart:
1e to Find the complete Email back in the Order History.
2e the possibility to place the content of "Comments" in the Email.
This option is available in VirtueMart (change order status with email notification)
Could you explain in details - what do you mean?

This is something that still persists as a limitation of your store manager. In store manager I confirmed with Anastasia at your sales office that while store manager can change the order status, it cannot also add a comment to the comment field associated with each order status change. There is an option in the back end of virtuemart each time you update the order status to also add a comment. This is the only means of adding a shipping tracking URL for the customer to receive when updating him after ordering. The order changes from confirmed to shipped and at the same time a URL is pasted with the (in our case FedEx) shipping tracking URL. Each time the order status changes the virtuemart system sends the customer an email update. If there is a comment, it includes the comment in that email. So by allowing store manager to not only change the order status but also add a comment so that both fields are pushed / updated to the virtuemart back end at the same time, the customer will then automatically get a system update of that order status and comment / shipping tracking URL. Store manager allows for simple bulk updating of virtuemart which is its strength, so here each day when we process all of the orders through our warehouse, we can take all of the shipping tracking URL's and put them into store manager if the comments section was available while also changing the order status. This combined change will then automatically result in the bulk notification to the customer as noted the system emails are triggered each time the order status is changed.
Not having the above prevents us from using shipping manager for changing the order status as we will still need to manually go into the back end and manually load each order to manually adjust each order status with the respective comment for shipping tracking URL. This is what the person above was trying to explain. As you can see this was back in 2013, so it has been a long 3 years with still no fuctionality in this regard. It is a material limitation that prevents us from considering your software with quickbooks integration as the customer tracking update is a very important and common daily task for us.
Please let us know when this implementation has been added to store manager so that we can once again consider your software for our company.

At this point, we have a hard plan for the VirtueMart Store Manager development (Spring 2016). I'll be able to update this task after June 2016.
