We've just installed the Store Manager and once we try to export ALL our items into the CSV file and THEN, import it into the excell file, the DESCRIPTION field (which has an HTML description of our products),
causes the file to break and not show correctly.
How can I attach the file for your review. Please advice on how we can do the export / import of the HTML fields.

I bought this software mostly for mass importing, and I'm finding this functionality is not configurable in a way that allows me to use the product fully.
The export executed in Magento is closer to what I'm looking for, yet it is not perfect.
I hope this message will be read by the real people that are supporting us... Those girls are quite pretty, and that guy is quite lucky... ;)
I love the software, and I hope it grows to become more powerful!
