I am a new user - when I try to upload or resize an image it complains that my FTP is not correct - but it does seem to be. please advize

Order Details form does not include company name

When you generate the report from Orders->Order Details, Everything for the order is displayed (or printed) EXCEPT the Company Name which is omitted. This is important information. Notifications - no sound

Posting to Zen Cart 1.5.4 Not working

I am trying to export products from a 151 store and import and post to a 154 store. I can import the products to store manager without a problem but when I try to post to the new 154 store it will go at times up to 30-40% and I'll get an error HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden. When I goto the new 154 store some products have been posted but to random categories. I've been working on this for days and always get the same results. Is my version of Store Manager not compatible with Zen Cart 1.5.4 database...

create custom reports?

in custom reports , I 'm trying to make a form of dialogue in which I want to fill a ComboBox with data from the database , I will do it manually , but to create new categories in the Store that automatically fill , I could help and indicate which are the steps? Does 'Find Unused Images On FTP' (Tools >Store Diagnostic>ftp Images Diagnostics) work with bridge connection?

I'm trying to find images that are not attached to products or categories so we can clean up. When I run this utility I get a line across the top of the window that looks like /././././././././././././././././././././ with a small green bar running from left to right over the top. I have a customer with about 6 licences for zen cart manager. There sales continually uncheck individual products and the entire catalog is checked.

This has been going on for some time. They select the product categories to go on sale and the next day or even some hours later the "Entire Catalog" is ticked and everything is on sale. Outgoing Email memory issue

Hi,I tried to send an email to all customers, just under 10'000 all at once. yeah I know I should have known better. Now every time I try to go to the outgoing email section I get multiple memory erors pop up.Is there a way I can clear that????CheersBen

How can I re-download store manager for Zen Cart?

I am trying to figure out how I can redownload store manager for Zen-Cart. My computer recently crashed and had to reformat my drive. I have found my way in for my license information on your site, but I can't find a way to get at least the original version that I was running beings my update period has expired.Thanks in advance and sorry if this is a duplicate request for some reason my email hasn't been pulling down all emails (yet another task to work on)..

Export of the description field fails when description has an HTML

Hi,We've just installed the Store Manager and once we try to export ALL our items into the CSV file and THEN, import it into the excell file, the DESCRIPTION field (which has an HTML description of our products),causes the file to break and not show correctly.How can I attach the file for your review. Please advice on how we can do the export / import of the HTML fields.

In store category and products - the item product image tab - it looks like the tab will resize the image - do I have to re upload it for this to work ?
