Currently, it appears that OC Manager uses the price field in OpenCart when synching pricing to eBay. It doesn't not utilize the Special Price feature that is in OpenCart for discounting listings. Requesting the ability to use the OC Special Price as an override to the regular price when present. eBay can then have the same pricing as our OC store front when items are on special.

How Store Manager identifies what price to synchronize for eBay at the first in this case?
In this situation, it would be nice to have a special option to select what price use in Store Manager.
Right now, as a quick decision - manually to change SQL file for extracting of price for eBay Addon.
For example - if you want to use special price - use modified SQL query.
if you want to use price - use old SQL.
You should have strong SQL and DB structure skills to modify this SQL.
In this case, you don't need to change program code.
One more question.

If this is something that is implemented in an upcoming build, I agree that it would make sense for the user who may not have strong database skills to have the ability to decide when to use which price. Maybe a column identifying special price and a check box could address this.

I'm afraid it's hard to insert eBay feature in current Release :-(
According to eBay:
Ebay Addon in Development mode only.
New features are:
- Scheduled run by time
- Configuration saving for listings
- Bulk synchronization of huge number of products
- Combination support for PrestaShop and Configurable products for Magento
- Visual enhancements
This is a very interesting idea, but right now we have to do a lot of thing according to our plans. :-)
