I m trying store manager for 2 weeks but when i try to import a xls file i get :

I have office instaled..i`ve instaled that Acces Database engine but nothing..i cant buy this if i cant import products..Can you help me please ?

Thank you for your question.
Make sure that xls file that you try to import is not opened in some other applications or programs. If so, close other applications, and try to restart import.

Please attach your store configuration file there. You can save you store configuration file at: Store Manager > Preferences(F12) > Database Connection tab > Store Configuration section > Actions... > Save current configuration . Notice the this file must be sent only vie e-mail, and not on the public forum.
