I cant see new product on front page

I have a problem. When i start the program, every thing is normal and working. I can add new product and i can see new product on admin panel but i can't see this new product on front page of opencart. Sometimes it works, sometimes not! For example, its not working for now.

Im using Direct DB connection. i tried other connection types but result is same. Sometimes its working, sometimes not. Program is working normally. i can't understand.

Please help me because its makes me crazy.
